PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY! IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU. THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE.

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to your purchase of Universal Synergy Group, LLC (“Universal Synergy”) printed, digital, audio and video material and/or related products and/or services ("Product"). This agreement is between you Universal Synergy. By clicking the “I Accept” button below, you accept and are bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Payment Terms; Orders.  Terms of payment are within Universal Synergy’s sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Universal Synergy, payment must be received by Universal Synergy prior to Universal Synergy's acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by credit card or some other prearranged payment method. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Your order is subject to cancellation by Universal Synergy at Universal Synergy’s sole discretion. Universal Synergy is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors, in any offer and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

Price and Availability. The Products and services offered or referred to on this Site are subject to availability. The prices stated for such Products and services are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Charges; Taxes; Title; Risk of Loss.  Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Title to Product passes from Universal Synergy to Customer on shipment from Universal Synergy’s facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Universal Synergy is Universal Synergy's responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility. You must notify Universal Synergy within 21 days of the date of your invoice or acknowledgement if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Shipping dates are estimates only. If an order is undeliverable and is returned to Universal Synergy, Universal Synergy will use reasonable efforts to contact you to make alternative arrangements.

Taxes. Sales tax may be charged to Virginia orders and Universal Synergy will not charge sales tax if you are located outside of Virginia. However, you may be required to pay taxes in your State and you are solely responsible for those taxes.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE PRODUCT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. UNIVERSAL SYNERGY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. UNIVERSAL SYNERGY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY OR ERROR FREE, NOR DOES UNIVERSAL SYNERGY MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT OR THE ACCURACY OF ANY OTHER INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE PRODUCT OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ANY MATERIAL AND/OR DATA DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE PRODUCT IS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE. NO INFORMATION OR ADVICE, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM UNIVERSAL SYNERGY OR THROUGH THE PRODUCT SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, UNIVERSAL SYNERGY DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, USEFUL, TIMELY OR CURRENT OR THAT THIS WEBSITE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.

Return Policies; Exchanges. 
I personally guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with my Product.  Remember, if after listening to all the audios, watching all the videos, using the Guide Book and other templates, action guides and check lists, participating in your personal coaching sessions with me, you don’t feel 100% satisfied that I've delivered on our promises, then with integrity tell me why...and I'll refund the entire purchase price for the Product.


For hard copy products, you must contact us directly before you attempt to return Product. You must return Product to us in its original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging Product. Additional fees may apply. If you fail to follow the return or exchange instructions and policies provided by Universal Synergy, Universal Synergy is not responsible whatsoever for Product that is lost, damaged, modified or otherwise processed for disposal or resale.

Changed or Discontinued Product.  Universal Synergy’s policy is one of ongoing update and revision. Universal Synergy may revise and discontinue Product at any time without notice to you. Universal Synergy will ship Product that have the functionality and performance of the Product ordered, but changes between what is shipped and what is described in a specification sheet, web site or catalog are possible.

Trial Offers, Coupons, Credits and Special Offers. Universal Synergy reserves the right to discontinue or modify coupons, credits and special promotional offers at our discretion. Promotional offers may not be combined and are limited to one per customer.

LIMIATION OF LIABILITY.  UNIVERSAL SYNERGY AND ITS EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, VENDORS AND OWNERS DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE, OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, UNIVERSAL SYNERGY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY GENERAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. YOU AGREE THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCT, UNIVERSAL SYNERGY IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AMOUNT INVOICED FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT TO THE CONTRARY, THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL APPLY EVEN IF SUCH REMEDIES FAIL THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. IN JURISDICTIONS THAT PROHIBIT OR LIMIT WARRANTY OR LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS, THE LIABILITY OF UNIVERSAL SYNERGY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THIS WEBSITE OR ANY CONTENT OF THIS WEBSITE OR WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THIS WEBSITE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

No Resale or Commercial Use of the Product. Your right to use the Product is personal to You. You may be an individual, a business entity, or nonprofit organization, but you agree not to resell this Product in any form whether electronic, mechanical, photocopy, record, scan or otherwise without the express written permission of Universal Synergy. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States. You agree and represent that you are buying only for your own internal use only, and not for distribution, resale or export.

Trademarks & Copyrights. Any Product or related materials, including, but not limited to, artwork, photographs, maps, data, text, trademarks, service marks, and logos ("Content") are the exclusive property of Universal Synergy. No portion of the Content may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, reused, distributed, transmitted, or modified for any purpose without Universal Synergy’s express written permission. No part of the Product may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, scanning, or otherwise (except as permitted under the U.S. Copyright Act) without the prior written permission of Universal Synergy. Any unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, and other applicable laws.

Governing Law. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT, ANY SALES THERE UNDER, OR ANY CLAIM, DISPUTE OR CONTROVERSY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER PREEXISTING, PRESENT OR FUTURE, AND INCLUDING STATUTORY, COMMON LAW, AND EQUITABLE CLAIMS) BETWEEN YOU AND UNIVERSAL SYNERGY arising from or relating to this agreement, its interpretation, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, the relationships which result from this agreement, Universal Synergy’s advertising, or any related purchase SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA, USA, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.   Commonwealth of Virginia courts have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any claims or disputes relating the Product, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. Any claim or cause of action you may have with respect to Product must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.

Mediation.  ANY CLAIM, DISPUTE, OR CONTROVERSY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER PREEXISTING, PRESENT OR FUTURE, AND INCLUDING STATUTORY, COMMON LAW, INTENTIONAL TORT AND EQUITABLE CLAIMS) BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND UNIVERESAL SYNERGY, its agents, employees, principals, successors, assigns, affiliates (collectively for purposes of this paragraph, "Universal Synergy") arising from or relating to this Agreement, its interpretation, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, the relationships which result from this Agreement (including, to the full extent permitted by applicable law, relationships with third parties who are not signatories to this Agreement), Universal Synergy’s advertising, or any related purchase SHALL BE RESOLVED BY MEDIATION. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the policies of the mediator or any related association, this Agreement shall control. The mediation will be limited solely to the dispute or controversy between you and Universal Synergy. Both parties must agree on the selection of the mediator. Each party shall pay for its own costs and attorneys' fees, if any.

Indemnity. You hereby agree, at your expense, to indemnify, defend and hold Universal Synergy harmless from and against any loss, cost, damages, liability or expense arising out of or relating to (a) any fraud or manipulation, or other breach of these Terms by you; or (b) any third-party claim, action or allegation brought against Universal Synergy arising out of or relating to a dispute related to the terms and conditions of a contract or related to the purchase and sale of any Product.

Privacy.

Universal Synergy Group, LLC has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user our information about our company's products and services. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.

We will not give, or sell your Email address. The only exception to this is if we sell our email business. In that case, you will be given at least two weeks notice so that you can opt out before the sale.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect the customer's contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with them when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. It is never divulged to any outside party.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our shopping cart is run on a secure server. If you directly Email us, we suggest that you send two Emails and break your credit card number in two. Send half the number in one Email and the other half plus the expiration date in the other Email.
